International KOACH Shabbat

A Seal Upon Your Heart: Love and Romance in the Jewish Tradition

November 7-8, 2008

For the past four years Conservative students throughout North America have marked International KOACH Shabbat with a weekend of study and celebration. In 2007 nearly 4000 students on 82 campuses joined together to participate in Shabbat services, schmooze with friends and learn together.

Join campuses across North America this November to learn about Love and Romance in the Jewish Tradition. KOACH will provide text materials for you to utilize during your Shabbat learning sessions and a special Shabbat treat.

Ready for even more? In 2007 over 30 of those participating campuses further enriched their KOACH Shabbat experience by hosting a KOACH Faculty member. Invite a KOACH Faculty member to your campus to help boost your community's Shabbat experience to the next level with spirited Shabbat services, enriching study, discussions, and more. Rabbinical students from the Jewish Theological Seminary, the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies and other high level Jewish educators comprise our cadre of available KOACH Faculty.
