• ONLINE: The deadline has passed.

• VIA E-MAIL: Just copy the text from this web page, paste into your e-mail program, type in your responses and send the e-mail to winick@uscj.org

• VIA SNAIL MAIL: Print this page from your browser, write in your responses and mail to Rabbi Winick at the address below.

2. It is customary to make a donation to accompany your document of sale. You can make the donation in any amount of your choosing.

• Make a voluntary donation to KOACH online using a credit card.

• Print the form below and mail it with a check. Be sure to indicate that your donation is for m'khirat hametz. Checks, made payable to "KOACH," should be sent to:

We, the undersigned, do authorize Rabbi Elyse Winick to act as our agent to write a Shtar M'khirah and sell our hametz as necessary. We understand that any hametz in our house will not be ours for use from Wednesday morning, April 8, 2009 until Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 10:00pm (your local time).  Please note that we are only able to handle hametz sales in North America.  For European and Israeli sales, please contact the Masorti Movement at masorti@masorti.org.
